Alright guys, Nationals was an absolute disgused this year and this spring semester wasn't exactly the best thing coming. Really I've gotten just pissed enough at how things ran that I'm going to dedicate a whole bunch of time to setting up the NEIC to be much better.

Here are the changes I am putting forward:
1.) A NEIC website- Nothing too outragous, but I will be hosting a website that will at least have up to date announcements as well as directions, contact info, and links to registration.

2.) A phone Directory- E-mail is simply too slow. In order to get faster communication I will be posting my phone number on the website as well as would like to post the numbers of presidents of other teams in the NEIC.

3.) NCPA event fee- Simply put the NCPA needs funds to opperate. So starting in Fall 03- $10 from every teams registration to any event in the NEIC will go to the NCPA. If the fee is not paid then simply the event scores do not count. $10 per team is not going to break anyone.

4.) Event calander-
On the site I will post an event calander. ALL events will be 100% official with prices, start times, paint costs, and directions by the deadline set for that semester (Fall Semester is August 1st, Spring is January 1st)

5.) Advanced registration-
In return for events being posted farther in advance registration for events will be closed 1 week prior to an events date. If numbers are not high enough then the event will be cancelled via E-mail and on the site

6.) Static regionals-
I am currently looking for a static location for regionals. This means that Fall regionals wil always take place at the same location and Spring will always take place at the same location. For Fall I am loking at Cousins and for spring I am looking at Del's.
